I am a Medicine Woman, Mentor, and Life Transformation Coach.

I am a trauma-informed coach, yoga teacher, inner child healer and I have over a decade of experience working as a women’s holistic health and wellness expert. I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of women in reclaiming their power, healing old wounds, and stepping into their true potential.

Nature has been my greatest teacher. From the jungles of the Amazon to sacred ceremonies with plant medicine, I’ve studied and practiced the art of healing, transformation, and connection with Spirit. My work weaves together holistic wisdom, practical tools, and heart-centered guidance to create spaces for profound breakthroughs and alignment.
