Before your retreat begins, we’ll connect in a private call to explore your intentions, your needs, and the medicines or healing modalities that are best aligned for your journey. I work with a variety of sacred plant medicines—including mushrooms and, optionally, Ayahuasca—alongside practices like breathwork, somatic release, inner child healing, sound healing, yoga, meditation, and trauma-informed coaching.
